I forgot my password
In the app, open Play online → Log in → Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send a link to choose a new one. The link works for one hour.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Or use the account deletion page with your email and password. Guest accounts have no password, so delete those in the app.
Someone has an offensive name or is cheating
Open the game, tap their name in the score bar and choose Report player. Reports go straight to us.
My online game disappeared
Finished games are cleared 30 days after they end. Games still in progress stay until they finish, including through server updates. If a game you were playing is missing, email us with the six-letter table code.
Ads
To change whether ads are personalised, open Settings → Ad privacy choices (shown in regions where the choice applies).
