Terms of service

These terms apply when you use any 90sgames game app (including Letterloom) and our game server, run by 90sgames ("we"). By playing you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.
Your account
You can play against the computer without an account. To play online you choose a display name and may sign up with an email and password. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account or on the account deletion page.
Playing fairly and kindly
Don't:
- choose a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretends to be us or another person;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players;
- use bots, scripts or other tools to play for you in online games, or exploit bugs;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the service.
You can report a player from the game screen. We may rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Threads, hints and rewards
Threads, hints, levels, badges and pictures are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and we may change how they work to keep the game balanced.
Ads
The games are free and supported by ads. Some rewards are offered for watching an optional video ad. Ad content comes from Google AdMob and its partners, not from us.
The service
We work to keep the games running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop features. Online games may end if the service closes; we'll give notice where we can.
Ownership
The apps, their design, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own entertainment.
Liability
The games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by other players. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll tell you in the apps about significant changes. You can stop using the games at any time.
